Ball & Chain


Tough to pull off in the later levels of wrestling due to how strong wrestlers tend to be and how slippery things get once you inevitably start to sweat. You'll be taking a two-on-one and putting the arm in between your opponent's legs and grabbing a wrist from the back.

Though it's difficult to perform, once under control it can be a very frustrating thing to deal with for the bottom guy.

Same Side

  • 2-on-1 Tilt ·
  • Far elbow tilt ·
  • Grab bicep, jump over tilt ·

Far Side

  • Opponent on base, far shoulder tilt ·
  • Opponent broken down with far hip up, elbow pry tilt ·
  • Opponent broken down with near hip up, half nelson ·
